COMPATIBLE FORMATS

At present we have Corel Draw 13(.cdr) on a PC as our base software application.

An editable file is required for easy manipulation to a printable image-in general, you will not be charged for artwork if you can provide an editable file. Setup charges still apply.

When supplying artwork please ensure all fonts are converted to curves/paths. Please also supply the FONT names if possible.

Please do not provide an image taken off the Internet, as although they look fine on-screen they are only 72dpi.

BROMIDES/HARD COPY

A bromide at 200% Black Positive print will be suitable for us to produce film from-this will incur no artwork charges.

If an image needs to be scanned into the computer for setting up to print please provide a clear, sharp, high-resolution image.

A letterhead is generally fine-although we prefer to avoid halftones.
DO NOT fold or crease the bromide or staple through the print.

PRINT COLOURS

We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to match our print colours.
If possible, provide PMS colours for the print job. When printing more than one colour we will clearly show on the proof provided to the client the colours that are to be printed.
If the client requires a broad range colour ie, NAVY or DARK RED then it will be at the printer's discretion.
Colour samples/swatches can also be matched.
